Since you and your husband are trying to conceive, I really hope that you are pregnant with your first child. But, hoping and knowing are two different things, right? Schedule an appointment with your gynecologist. He or she can do an ultrasound in the office. A blood hCG may be done to check if indeed you are pregnant. Best wishes, Maryann
