Hi Anonymous,

I am so sorry to hear that you're having difficulty conceiving again. If I understand correctly, you have been diagnosed with PCOS. PCOS is Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome and unfortunately, irregular periods is one of its signs and symptoms. Because of it's irregularity, we can't help you determine when you ovulate, sadly.

However, your doctor is correct-- if you were able to conceive once, you can do it again. It's a little harder for someone with PCOS to lose weight but if you commit yourself to a strict diet and an exercise plan, then you are bound to lose at least a few pounds--and a few pounds can make a world of difference.

Here's some more information on PCOS: https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/polycystic-ovary-syndrome

Hope this helps,

Rosa
