Most car accidents will cause back pain even if you didn't feel it to begin with. Usually the impact from the accident is enough to cause some type of disruption on your back. The best thing you can do is go to your doctor for an XRay or MRI to make sure that it isn't severe. After car accidents, chiropractors are also a good idea to visit. So if you want to see your doctor and then a chiropractor please feel free to do so. I personally prefer the manual adjustments over having to take medication which do not address the actual issue on hand.
