I also get adult acne and found a great herbal treatment for acne that includes oxygen treatments from a spa.
If you have an idea of what causes your acne, this will be helpful such as stress. If you have high stress you may experience acne in what would be concidered the beard line of a man. This type of acne can certainly be treated with acne treatments at a spa. If you have additional issues, you may want to see a dermatologist for perhaps excess bacterial infections.
