Hi Roger215,

If you are not sleeping well and stressed out about anything. This can delay your menstrual.  Sometimes we're so stressed out that our body decreases the amount of a hormone (GnRH), which causes us to not ovulate or menstruate.  If your period doesn't come in a few days, then it would be good to see a doctor.
