You cannot get pregnant this way but you should see your Gynecologist because you may have a yeast infection or another vaginal infection if you are experiencing a "heavy" uterus feeling with excess discharge. Your discharge varies throughout the month so this could be normal, but if it looks/smells different than usual, then this could be a vaginal infection.
