Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If it looked like a zit per se, this is normal and you shouldn't be concerned. If you have any blood that comes out, that would be something you should be concerned with. But our nipples have what I would call bumps around the nipple and they only collect milk. I am thinking this was your concern but if it is something else, please let me know.
