My tubes have been tied for several years now. Someone told me I may need a DNC because I passed a clot that was a very dark (almost black) clot that was very thick and tissuey. I haven't had a period in six months due to I thought I was oing through premenopausal, but the cramping is bad, the nausea is bad, I'm tired and I am changing pads that are overnight pads more than every hour ( more like every 30 to 40 minutes). I don't want to look like an idiot and believe me I know how that must sound but as I stated my tubes are tied. I don't understand what is going on! I took a picture if anyone is not grossed out easily and can give their opinion.
