Guide

PCOS is the reason for your recent menses changes.

According to PubMed Health, "Polycystic ovary syndrome is a condition in which there is an imbalance of a woman's female sex hormones. This hormone imbalance may cause changes in the menstrual cycle, skin changes, small cysts in the ovaries, trouble getting pregnant, and other problems."

Symptoms of PCOS include absent period, irregular menstrual periods, which may be more or less frequent or range from very light to very heavy. Developing male sex characteristics, such as a decreased breast size, deepening of th voice, enlargement of the clitoris and increased body hair on the chest, abdomen and face is possible. Some women may notice increased body hair around their nipples.

Consult your gynecologist regarding available medications that are prescribed to treat the hormonal balance and help regulate your menstrual cycle.

I hope this explains it,
