Or Sometimes fiber can come off the tampon and the natural cleansing process of the vagina naturally gets rid of it and also Vaginal relapse, vagina itself may begin to prolapse, or fall, out of their normal positions. I feel this is not normal and it's important for you too see your doctor right away.
