Gaining weight around the holidays is tough but with all the foods we eat try to have some control over your favorite foods. If you eat any heavy foods try to limit your self by not having so much. Their are always salads and healthier side dishes on the table so go with them.

If you really can't help it enjoy all the holiday meals but set goals after the holiday that you will lose weight and eat healthier. You should promise yourself to do so.
