Fibrocycstic breasts are painful, lumpy, breasts so this is likely the reason why you have multiple painful lumps. Tylenol, advil, and motrin can all be taken to help with the pain. Unfortunately, the only person that can tell you if this is the reason for your lump is your doctor. Please refer to him for any follow up questions on your lump since he is the only person that can give you a diagnosis.
