Welcome to EmpowHER. Changes in the menstrual cycle can be expected. Some women will experience spotting a few days after taking Plan B One-Step. Because Plan B One-Step may delay ovulation. It might be good to explain your symptoms to you doctor. The changes in your cycle can be due to the pills or the plan B pill.
