Any meal you decide to eat make sure they are colorful. All in different colors have good vitamins and nutrition. Here is a few example, salad, baked vegetables, sandwhich, fruits.

Having healthy lunch you would of course need to prepare them. Here a few healthy ideas.

Fish sandwhich
chicken salad
pasta salad
grilled vegetables with a side of mashed potatoes
egg and potatoes
