The delay on your menstrual might be due to you stressing about being pregnant. Sometimes we're so stressed out that our body decreases the amount of a hormone (GnRH), which causes us to not ovulate or menstruate. It might be good to wait a few days and take a home pregnancy test. But it's unlikely to be pregnant if you didn't have intercourse.
