If his penis was wet then it may have been pre-cum which can cause pregnancy (only if it contains sperm but for protective reasons you should always assume that it contains sperm). It is VERY difficult to get pregnant through rubbing but it cuts it really close so we'd have to say that yes, you can get pregnant this way. Wait until your period is supposed to arrive and if it is late, then take a pregnancy test.
