According to an article featured on MSN HEALTH, Rob Danoff, D.D., M.S., reports that some of his patients found a definite link between the kinds of fool they ate, such as highly refined simple carbohydrates in breads, pastries and more, fatty food, as well as type of drinks, such as alcohol and sugary drinks, with increased flares of their arthritic symptoms.
Likewise, some patients noticed an improvement in arthritic symptoms when consuming a more nutritious and well-balance diet which included oily fish like salmon that contain omega-3 fatty acids, as well as a variety of fruits, vegetables and whole rains. Drinking water or other non-alcoholic or low-sugar or sugar-free drinks decreased the incidence of joint inflammation.
Muscle inflammation may be caused by an allergic reaction, exposure to a toxic substance or medicine, another disease such as cancer or rheumatic conditions or a virus or other infectious agent.
I am not aware of specific foods that would cause muscle inflammation, unless, a person had an allergy to that specific food.
