If you are searching for an opinion, I would say go with how you feel and don't change what you believe in for someone else. Being 20 years old, you have plenty of time to think about the future with a woman and it appears that marriage is not what you are considering at this time.
If you have trust issues due to fact that your "attractive" or since your family comes from money, this would certainly be an issue you may want to work out with yourself before you try to have a long term relationship since it appears you have some uncomfortable feelings about these two characteristics. Maybe you assume that women will use you for your money or because you are good looking. I am not sure but I find there is an uncomfortable issue there since you mentioned it.
I would never tell someone to "lower their standards" as these are the standards that we place on ourselves. What's the rush? Keep your standards and don't deviate from what you feel is right. In the end, you make your own decisions and have to live with your choices.
