Sounds like you're doing a great job!
About the food charts - "54+155+53=262 total grams" this is the grams of each macronutrient but the pie chart shows you the calories from each macronutrient. The grams-to-calories conversion is different for each macronutrient - for fat you get 9 calories per gram, while protein and carbs are each 4 calories per gram. I hope this explains things.
