Thanks for posting. Your missed period could be related to beginning symptoms of perimenopause. However, it should still be looked into. If you feel as though nothing is being done for your pain and fluid collection in the uterus, then you have a right to blow your OB/GYN off for another who will take you more seriously.
It also helps to sit down with your doctor and ask him to explain exactly what all of your results mean. "It's normal" is sometimes not good enough... if we were talking about blood results where doctors will only address critical lab results then that is one thing, but when it refers to u/s results they should be further explained. Unfortunately, no one but your doctor or a new OB/GYN with these results on hand can explain them to you.
