The Vas Deferens transport sperm from the epididymis in anticipation of ejaculation. The Vas Deferens are whats cut during a vasectomy-- which is the permanent sterilization process.
If you have had your Vans Deferens cut then this process can be reversed however you must seek a urologist or other doctor that is willing to do this for you. I am very sorry to hear that you were unwillingly cut and that it is now interfering with your ability to conceive.
