i missed 2 days of my birth control

i missed my birth control on saturday and sunday today is monday and i was wondering if i could take all three of them in the same day. i took saturdays pill at 8 am and i plan on taking sundays at 11 am and i plan on taking ondays at a later time. I just want to know if thats a healthy thing to do? will it cause harm to my body or not? am i safe if i do it that way? my birth control pill is called ortho tri-cyclen
