Me and my boyfriend were fooling atound and he didn't rub his penis on my vagina or anything, but it was around there for a short period of time(I think). For a couple seconds at the most. Because we were going to have anal sex, but he mistakingly put his penis around my vaginal area for a couple seconds then he immediately removed it because I was scared. Are there any chances of me being pregnant? My boyfriend claims his penis was not around my vaginal area but im not so sure. Im scared. Please help me asap

Hi Maryann/Susan/Helena
First of like I would like to thank you all for the kind of job that you're doing. Helping people with clearing their doubts. As I can see most of the questions are due to stress and first time incidents. In this time the questions might be silly but if someone answers that silly question, it reduces the stress a lot.
I have a similar query, my gf had a 3 day period on 26-28th December, we met on 31st December and had bit of a foreplay where I tried to put my penis into her vagina for like a second, as she is virgin and we did not have condom so decided to refrain from penetrating. Then I rubbed for another 2-3 seconds. I did not ejaculate anywhere near the vagina afterwards. I am only skeptical of my precum containing any live sperm.
Though I checked the ovulation dates and did the analysis, she has a 28-30 day cycle. So she would be ovulating around 6th-10th January. If at all there was some sperm , it can live upto say 6 days , 31 dec + 6 would be 5 th January , so she wouldn't have ovulated and sperm would be dead , if at all there is one which is highly unlikely.
So my question is after going through all this I decided that the morning after pill would not be needed. Have I taken the right decision. Also, what other things do I need to watch out for?
And I swear to God , never ever in my life I am gonna go near the vagina without a condom. I did not know that precum might contain sperm , otherwise wouldn't have done this.
Thanks

Hello Anon

From what you have said, there is no pregnancy risk. There was no ejaculation near a woman's genitals. Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time. A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.

Taking the morning after pill is not your decision to make, it is up to the woman. So in future, don't make these kinds of decisions. You will not be the one to get pregnant and depending on where you live, a woman may get into a lot of trouble if she is not married. So the woman is the one to make these decisions - it's her body, not yours.
Best,
Susan

Hi Susan,
Thanks for your quick response.
Though in decision she was also involved and we together took this decision, but you have a very valid point here. Next time, I'll make sure I have the minimal involvement in such calls.
Keep up your good work.
Regards

Hello,

A period for 5 days would indicate she is not pregnant. I'm not sure why you don't believe she had her period. If you are concerned about pregnancy, always use protection. The pullout method is not safe sex as accidents can easily happen.

Hello.

Your question was answered. Bleeding from a period is not like implantation bleeding, which is usually a few drops of pink or brown spotting on underwear for a day or two. If you still have doubts, a pregnancy test can be taken.

Hello,

We cannot know why she is gaining weight. Ask her. Usually, this happens when you increase your calorie intake.
