Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. There is a highly unlikely chance that you are pregnant from your explanation although, if sperm has the ability to enter the vagina, you do have a slim chance of pregnancy.

Please be aware, that pregnany and pre-menstrual symptoms often mimic each other and therefore, I would assume that you are pre-menstrual and not pregnant. You can always take a pregnancy test for a piece of mind.
