Q:

Is it possible to get pregnancy symptoms this early?

My LMP was Feb 17th. Around March 2nd, two weeks after I started to notice pretty painful breast tenderness. My withdrawal bleed is due on March 16th, basically two weeks after the tenderness started. I'm still feeling it, although it has gone down a little. Just wondering if it's possible for pregnancy symptoms to start that early? I'm also on the pill and this is my 3rd month of a new brand, but the tenderness has never happened this early to me before. If I take a blood pregnancy test now, will it be valid since it's still 3 days before my expected bleed?

Thanks

I took some medications during the second week which I feel like could have caused an interaction with the pill so I'm just trying to figure out if the symptoms could be related to pregnancy but it seems kind of strange that they would start right 2 weeks before my expected period which is technically when I should be ovulating if my pill hadn't been working. During a normal pregnancy, do symptoms usually start before or after a period?
