Thank you for your question-- It takes a lot of courage to accept that you may have a sexual addiction. I would encourage you to bring this up to your doctor, perhaps s/he can refer you to a therapist that can definitely help you. One thing I do want to say, though, is that there is no such thing as a perfect man or woman. Most men and women do get aroused at the site of the opposite sex nude and this is normal-- the only reason why this may be considered an addiction is because it is affecting your other activities of daily living. However, I don't want you to believe that thinking about sex every now and again is not normal when in fact it is.
