If she is taking birth control and antibiotics, you should always use a backup method of birth control as any sort of antibiotics will negate the purpose of the birth control pills. Oral sex will not make you pregnant so you are both fine there.
The delay in her period may be caused by many things but I will assume that her period will show up any day now. Delayed periods are not that uncommon. I hope this helps and good luck.
