Secondly, have you been to the doctor for this? Lack of period can be caused by many things. For your own health, and for the sake of getting pregnant, you should figure out why you are not getting periods without birth control. If possible, visit a doctor and get a concrete answer and go from there. Oftentimes, it can take awhile for us to be regular after taking birth control for a long time, but it may be something completely different!
