I am sorry to hear about your situation. As women, we tend to feel emotionally attached during sex and therefore, the lack of it may certainly be causing these feelings.
There is no majic wand that will solve your complaints. Talking and working things out with your husband is the first step. If he doesn't want to talk about it, then make it an obvious issue. You always have choices to leave if you are miserable but trying hard to make things work should be the first step but no one can force him. He must want change also.
