It is understandable that you would be anxious and will find 10 days a long time to wait. Why didn't you ask your obstetrician why she could not see the fetus? Did she give you a reason why she could not get an image?
I can offer a few guesses- a problem with the obstetrician's office ultrasound equipment or, if you have uterine fibroids, the fibroids, if large enough, can make difficult to see the developing fetus. You are early in your pregnancy and the developing fetus is still small.
Instead of feeling anxious for 10 days, give your doctor a call and ask her the possible reasons that she could not visualize anything in your uterus.
