I completely agree that electronic devices make sleeping more challenging. I find that it is sometimes almost physical – when I stay up late typing on my computer, my eyes burn and I have aches and pains that make it hard to sleep. Turning off all electronics a few hours before bed really makes a difference for me. The only electronics I use before bed is my CD player, which I use to listen to relaxation guided meditation CDs by Belleruth Naparstek. Meditation, for me, is a great antidote to all the busyness of the day.
