If you have already missed your period and tested for pregnancy, then your results should be accurate. Keep in mind that after you go off of your pills it can take a few months for your period to become regular and so it can take a while for you to be able to accurately determine when you may be ovulating. In regards to your lower back pain, please mention this to your OB/GYN the next time you're in his/her office as it could be kidney pain from an infection. If it gets any worse, schedule an appointment right away.
