Guide

Hello Anonymous,
Pregnancy is ruled out. In addition to excessive stress as a contributing factor, a hormonal imbalance is a possibility.
The menstrual cycle is determined by a complex interaction of hormone. The predominant hormones involved are gonadotropin releasing hormone, which is secreted by the hypothalamus, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone, which are secreted by the anterior pituitary gland, and estrogen and progestin, which are secreted by the ovaries.

You might consider scheduling an appointment with your gynecologist.
