I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble conceiving. One miscarriage will not likely cause you to be unable to conceive-- many women go on to conceive after losing a baby. UTI's also are not a cause for infertility. If you have only been trying for one month, you will need to continue trying-- most of the time pregnancy does not occur in a one month period. Many couples try for 6 months before conceiving or maybe even as much as a year. After one year, if you are still having difficulty conceiving despite continuously having unprotected sex then you should consider seeing a fertility specialist. As of right now, try to eliminate the major stress in your life and just relax and enjoy the process of making a baby.
