It's normal to feel some fear shortly after your accident and recovery time but if it has been two years and you still aren't making an effort to get out of your house it may be wise to consider some professional help. Have you considered speaking with a therapist to help ease you out of the house? Some therapists take a slow approach while others will just get you out of the house so that you can realize that there isn't anything to fear. Let us know if we can help you find someone.
