Affirmations have helped me deal with anxiety, and depression. One I use is from Louise Hay, " I trust in this process, I am safe at all times." Try saying the affirmation daily in the mirror looking into your eyes, and also tell yourself that " I love you." This plus getting in touch with how you want to feel. For example: I want to feel happy. Then think: what makes me happy? Listening to music more often. Then do it! Go with what you want to FEEL and gradually start doing the things that make you feel happy/alive/energetic...etc. You are not your problems, and you are not alone. You are a magnificent being of light and life loves you!
