Can You Become Pregnant From Masturbating After Sex?

I want to know if you can become pregnant after your spouse had ejaculated on your vaginal area after having sex and then you masturbate?
I ask this because the past few weeks my husband has been ejaculating on my vaginal area and on my vagina after sex and then I masturbate when I can not climax during sex and do not wipe off the semen. Can some one please help me?
