What about cold sores? Intentionally or not, that is still a very real risk - even amongst children!! I have had cold sores since I was a kid and it would literally take days off of my life - I would basically hide for a week +. There is this thing I just started using called Secola Therapy (secola-therapy.com) that fortunately works in a day!! Thank God!!! But I am still super super conscious about transmission. But this stuff just cures any outbreak in a day vs. a week!!
