I would highly doubt you are pregnant with your negative pregnany tests. Your period will return to normal but takes several months (approximately two cycles) before you return to your normal monthly periods. An ectopic pregnancy would still show up as pregnant on your pregnancy test and for STDs, you would have to get checked by an OBGYN. I hope this helps.
