I must admit that I have not tried Instaflex Joint Support but am finding the critiques interesting. I have pain in my hips, back and knees and have been taking glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM as 2 separate pills for the past couple of weeks. So far I am experiencing no relief from my symptoms and am unsure of what to do next other than to continue to lose weight and become more active.
