Great article on common myths about cholesterol, foods and fat. Perfect timing for Heart Health Month. I think a lot of people often forget that low-fat doesn't always mean fewer calories. My take on diets in general is you should have everything in moderation. If you are not limiting yourself from the "bad" stuff you want and crave, it's easier to maintain a long-term healthy lifestyle. Just make sure not to overindulge every time you eat the sweet, healthy, fatty stuff.
