I always thought it was bad if your gums bleed, thank you for giving us some details as to why it is bad. I floss at least twice a day with no bleeding at all.
Within the past year, I have started to love flossing. Strange, I know. It is so satisfying when you get something off or out of your teeth that you didn't know was there.
What is your opinion on flossing 3 times a day? Do you think that could cause more harm than good?
