Thank you for starting this conversation and inviting community members to share their best diet tips.

My way of losing 85lbs: eat three balanced meals, no second helpings, no in between meals snacks-drink a glass of water instead, do not eat after 7 pm, and burn more calories than you consume-start with yoga and walking.
