There are no dumb questions and you don't need to be embarassed. It would be highly unlikely that you would get pregnant in the way you explained. Pre-ejaculate can cause pregnancy although you would need to have the live sperm enter the vagina which occurs while having intercourse. I have never run into an instance where touching yourself caused pregnancy. I hope this helps settle your nerves about possibilities.
