The best practice for missed pills is to always wait the 7 days of your active pills so I would definitely wait until you finish the first week of your new pack. If you are bleeding, I don't think you are pregnant and since you were on your last pill, it would be highly unlikely that you were ovulating at the time of your sexual encounter so don't be too concerned about pregnancy. If you continue to be concerned, take a test for a piece of mind. I hope this helps.
