Your symptoms of backache and leg cramps are not symptoms of early pregnancy. Coupled with nausea, headache and light cramps, you could have had a virus.
Signs of implantation usually occur around 6 to 12 days after ovulation and fertilization. Symptoms include light uterine cramping, short brief spotting of light or dark blood, and this is just a couple of drops.
Only a positive pregnancy test will confirm with certainty if you are pregnant or not.
I think April 6 was probably too early for you to be ovulating if your period is due around April 22. In general, ovulation occurs about 14 days before the start of a period. But, ovulation dates can vary from month to month.
If your period is late beyond one week, I suggest you take a pregnancy test.
