Welcome to EmpowHER.  Blood on stool can be caused by many different conditions.  Such as hemorrhoids, peptic ulcers, anal fissure, diverticular disease and many other.  Since you experience constipation, that might be the cause.  You need to see your doctor if the bleeding continues.
