Technology today has changed the lifestyle for people, but most importantly children's. It's sad to see that kids now a days prefer sitting in from of a TV to play video games. Instead of spending time outside, riding bike, running and socializing with friends. Hope this message can definitely help parents encourage their kids to participate more in physical activities.
