This is my question I posted on FB a few days ago so thank you Shana, for choosing it. There has got to me more people that just me confused! Plus, the more I read and research about what to eat, the more confused I get...and I am a health coach! I get so many questions about the current diet trends and I really want to help my clients sort this out. I have been thinking that organic vegan is the way to go and have been avoiding wheat and gluten altogether. However, this restaurant is known for their organic ingredients and fabulous dishes that make you feel like you are eating the real thing! Like nachos! And lasagne! PIZZA! I thought when I gave up gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, artificial sweeteners, coffee, processed foods, non-organic beef, chicken and farm raised salmon, I was on a good track. Feeling great, however, has a price(?) and I do miss those foods. So, I love treating myself to a gourmet vegan meal at a place that's known for outstanding, inventive, "meat and cheese like" foods. Would love to know some views on this issue so please share!
