I've had 3 ultrasounds starting from around 5 weeks. The doctor was concerned because there was not heartbeat. I thought maybe it was too early to tell, so I held on hope. However, at my appointment yesterday, the technician wasn't able to find a fetal pole at all. I heard of some women that went on to have normal pregnancies, but I don't know what the success rate is. Last night, I didn't wake up to go to the bathroom (I usually wake up 2 times), and today I fit better in my clothes. I noticed my sense of smell is not as strong. I hope I'm not imagining any of this! I haven't had any bleeding, only very little pink spotting a week ago, and I passed what looked to me like a little cluster of mucus only (mainly white with a little pink). I didn't have any cramps until today (very mild, barely noticeable). Will I miscarry? If so, how long will it take for me to have a miscarriage?
